Come celebrate the debut EP by Americana artist and Texas songwriter Matthew Payne. An educator in Austin public schools for 20 years who loved every minute of it, Payne has been drawing inspiration from all his students and following his musical dream of late. He will be supported by some friends, accompanied by a fiddle, pedal steel, and percussion, and will play new songs for a sneak peak at the full LP as well, which is already in the works. From the host of the “For the Sake of the Song” songwriter swaps in Austin, this will be a rare full band performance and full set, and will leave you hhhooowwwlllin at the moon.

Emily Shirley @thereal_emilyshirley & Jenny Reynolds @jennyreynolds1918 return to Soundspace on Aug 13. 🎵

Shirley, known for her work with the Belle Sounds and Sister Goldenhair, will share her new single Flowers in a Vase alongside lush harmonies from Katie Lessley and guitar work by Taylor Tatsch.

Reynolds will debut new songs with longtime collaborator Gabriel Rhodes on guitar.
Greg Hagen (bass) and Jim Echels (drums) keep the groove all night for both artists.
